Why choose this service over hiring a full-time designer?
Hiring a full-time senior designer can typically cost well over $100,000 annually, and freelance designers might not always be available. Additionally, maintaining a consistent workload to keep a full-time designer occupied can be challenging, leading to paying for idle hours. Our monthly plan enables you to stop and start your subscription as needed, ensuring you're only charged when there's work to be done.
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?
After subscribing, you can add as many design requests as you want, and we'll deliver them one at a time.
What's the average delivery time for my requests?
Normally, requests are done in 2 to 3 days, often less. Highly complex tasks will be divided into 2-day updates until they're finished.
How many team members are on board?
This is mostly a one-person design team. You'll primarily work with me, Jose, the founder of Design Stoic. However, for challenging tasks, such as complex animations or unique artwork requests, we may collaborate with other talented designers.
Can you clarify how to use the pause feature?
We know your design needs can vary. If you only have a few tasks, you can pause your subscription. Our billing happens every 30 days. So, if you use the service for 15 days, then pause it, you'll have 15 days left for future use.
What programs do you use for designing?
Designs are typically made with Figma and Adobe Suite software.
Where can I submit my design requests?
You can send design requests via Trello. We're flexible with the format in which you prefer to create requests. Share notes, documents, videos, or voice messages. As long as it's in Trello, we've got you covered.
What happens if I want to make changes to the design?
It’s all good, your design projects will be refined until you are completely happy with the results.
What happens if I run out of design tasks before the month ends?
A friendly reminder: your subscription is pause-friendly. If you ever need to put your design projects on hold, just let us know. And when your design needs return, you're welcome to pick up where you left off. Your subscription is valuable – don't waste it!
Do you offer refunds if I'm unhappy with the service?
We do not offer refunds for our services. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, so please reach out if you have any concerns. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and providing personalized solutions to meet your needs.
Is there any design work that's not included in your services?
To provide great service, we have to leave a few design tasks off the table. So, we don't cover tasks like 3D modeling, complex documents (forms, spreadsheets), or extensive design work for materials such as brochures, packaging, magazines, or books.
